Shipping and Fulfilment

Hi Everyone,
We hope you’re having a good summer! We wanted to keep you updated on everything that's going on, so here’s the latest for the fulfilment of The Herbal Journal of Cicely Longbottom:
Fulfilment Partners:
We’re pleased to confirm that we’re partnering with GamesQuest and Nord Games to get you your orders. Nord Games will be fulfilling our orders in Canada and the USA, while Games Quest will be fulfilling orders for Europe and the Rest of World.
Timeline:
We’re still on track for a December delivery. North American orders will be freighted in the next few weeks and they will take 4-6 weeks to arrive in the country. Digital orders will be sent out just as the first physical orders start to arrive.
Packaging:
If you ordered a copy of the Herbal Journal on its own, your book will be arriving in a reinforced cardboard sleeve like the below. For everyone that order physical add-ons, you’re packaging will be a small box with all your orders in one, so we can reduce carbon emissions from multiple deliveries, and reduce our use of plastic packaging.
That's everything for now, we'll check back in once the shipping has begun, at that point we should be able to give estimated delivery times and we'll begin delivering digital orders.

Surveys, Shipping and Background Art

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick update to say that we’ll be locking in shipping and delivery details on Saturday 16th so we can progress the fulfilment of The Herbal Journal; BackerKit will send out a reminder on Thursday 14th with 48 hours’ notice. If you haven’t completed your survey, please do so by then otherwise we cannot fulfil your order.
As an extra thank you, we wanted to share the artwork of the Herbal Journal with you so you can enjoy it as your desktop, tablet, or mobile background.

Hi Everyone,
A few quick update points here for you.
· Surveys went out a few days ago, if you haven’t completed it, please do, reminders are being sent automatically or you can look up your lost survey here https://the-herbal-journal.backerkit.com/
· The books are in the process of being printed and orders are being locked-in in batches over the next few days – you’ll still be able to edit your address.
· If you pledged late on BackerKit and haven’t been charged for your order, funds will be collected on Friday 1st July.
· The late-pledge store will be closing on Saturday 2nd July so don’t miss out if you haven’t got a copy yet 😊

Admin and BACKERKIT Update

Hello everyone,
Thanks for your patience over the last few weeks. Not much has changed on the front end of things, but there’s lots going on behind the scenes that we thought we’d update you on. Kickstarter has taken, processed and released the funds for this project - so we can steam ahead with the next phase.
While working on the admin of the project we’re making final edits to the book, which were identified during the prototype phase. Once all our edits are done we’ll be printing one more prototype for a physical check before placing the full order.
We won’t be issuing the surveys until we’re about to place the final order. This is to reduce the amount of address changes and last minute amendments to the postal data.
